A decade ago, I found myself in a health crisis. It was a time of despair, when I needed urgent changes in
my health – I could not keep on going like that.
It was after seemingly “trying everything”, that I discovered hypnotherapy – as a client.
After experiencing first-hand the power of hypnotherapy, I fell in love. I was able to use hypnotherapy to improve different areas of my personal life, with tremendous results.
Although at the time it felt like my last resort, I am so incredibly thankful for the day I started using hypnotherapy for myself.
Not only did it allow me to move through – and past my issues, it awakened a passion and calling to share hypnotherapy to help transform other people’s lives.
I am happy to feel so so much better, and better serve you as a result.
I have had an exciting, diverse upbringing, I was born in Peru, grew up in France and lived in the U.S. and now Montreal, where I operate my Sky and Roots practice.
I am triligual, and can serve my clients in French, English and Spanish.
An avid singer and musician, a classical music pianist and composer, I have a deep love of the arts, culture and design. I am an animal lover, passionate about people and social justice.
I’m also passionate about health and all forms of exercise. I believe strongly in the power of the mind -body connection. Practicing Yoga and meditation also allows me to experience and express my deep spirituality.
I was always called to help people feel better, I am a certified as a MassageTherapist and studied Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
